By checking the corresponding box and submitting a form on prokatos.ru, you freely and knowingly give the ProkatOS operator consent to process your personal data.

Data categories

Name, phone number or messenger username, message text, page address, interface language, IP address, browser information, and the date and time the form was submitted.

Purpose of processing

Handling your request, providing feedback, demonstrating ProkatOS, preparing a commercial proposal, and concluding a contract.

Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, including with automated tools.

Retention and withdrawal

Consent is valid until its purpose is fulfilled, and for no longer than 12 months for a request that did not lead to a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Contacts page; processing then stops except where the law allows it to continue without consent.
