How it works
- Turn on online booking and choose the points, equipment and tariffs customers can book.
- Put the booking page link on your website, social media, Telegram or map listing.
- The customer picks a point, equipment, tariff and start time — only free options are shown.
- The customer's email is confirmed with a code, so there are no accidental or fake bookings.
- The booking appears for staff marked Online, and the customer gets a reminder the day before.
- At the point, staff hand out the equipment in two clicks: customer, tariff and period are filled in.
No double bookings
Free units are counted from real rentals and bookings, including the buffer for preparing equipment. If two customers book the last bike at the same moment, only one gets it — the other sees the time is taken.
A future booking does not block the equipment right away: it can still be rented out before the booking starts.
The money stays in your account
For now, payment and the deposit are taken at the point. Online payment is being prepared as an aggregator: money will go straight to your company's account through your own payment provider, and ProkatOS will not handle it.

No. ProkatOS gives your company a ready booking page. Share the link on social media, messengers and map listings, or add a button to your website if you have one.
What if the customer does not show up?
You set how many minutes after the start the equipment waits. After that the booking is released automatically.
Can I offer only part of my fleet?
Yes. Choose specific points, equipment types and tariffs, plus opening hours and the time step.
